Pros

Working for Squints has been very rewarding to say the least. I have never worked for an employer who not only appreciated each day’s work you put in, but actually meant it. Always feeling appreciated for your work, feeling like you actually are making a difference in the group. I have never had a day that I have woken up and dreaded walking into work. Even on gloomy days, there is always something to smile about here in the office. I love the family like environment we have with all the employees. Definitely a place I am proud to say I work!

Cons

I do not have any cons of working at Squints. Every day has been a great day so far!

Pros

Squints is a fun, creatively stimulating environment with a diverse staff and positive atmosphere. Coming to work here each day feels uplifting and productive, and I get to leave feeling accomplished . We each play an important role, and work great as a team. We have strong, knowledgeable leaders and a great support system. Knowing that my work is appreciated is very motivating.

Cons

I have honestly never worked in an office that compared to this one. There is nothing about my daily routine at Squints that I could complain about.

Pros

My co-workers are amazing. At squints we are a family. This is hands down the best working environment I've ever had. My work space couldn't be more comfortable. Amazing desk and chair set-up. Our CEO and the rest of management will make sure you're well taken care of. We have unlimited snacks, we have Nerf guns, and we have video games. It's an amazing feeling when you wake up in the morning happy to go to work. There's also free lunch and parking. It really doesn't get better than this.

Cons

Might sound cliche but there are no negatives.
