Overall, the team is fantastic—collaborative, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. There are great work perks and a fun culture with clubs and team activities that help create a strong sense of work-life balance and community. Coming from a startup background, I really appreciate the juxtaposition here: there’s room to bring new ideas to the table and actively contribute to growth, while day-to-day work is engaging, but also consistent and manageable. There's also a deep well of experience on the team, with many team players who’ve been here since the beginning (8–10 years), which makes for a really stable and insightful environment.

Even though it’s a fully remote environment, the team culture is very impressive. It never feels isolating, there are constant efforts to keep people connected, whether it’s through virtual events, team chats, or local meet-ups. You really feel like part of a team, not just someone working alone behind a screen. The support here is amazing. Everyone’s willing to help, share what they know, and cheer each other on.
