Pros

The leadership team is approachable, open to feedback, and genuinely invested in employee development. There’s a strong emphasis on work-life balance, and I’ve always felt supported by both my direct manager and cross-functional teams. The company culture promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. I’ve been given the opportunity to take ownership of my accounts and develop strong client relationships, which has helped me grow both professionally and personally. The training resources make it easy to succeed if you're motivated and client-focused.

Cons

Like any fast-paced environment, it can get busy and sometimes priorities shift quickly. However, communication has improved a lot, and managers are always available to help set clear goals.

Supportive Team, Great Culture, and Real Opportunity to Contribute

Pros

Overall, the team is fantastic—collaborative, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. There are great work perks and a fun culture with clubs and team activities that help create a strong sense of work-life balance and community. Coming from a startup background, I really appreciate the juxtaposition here: there’s room to bring new ideas to the table and actively contribute to growth, while day-to-day work is engaging, but also consistent and manageable. There's also a deep well of experience on the team, with many team players who’ve been here since the beginning (8–10 years), which makes for a really stable and insightful environment.

Cons

Not a con for me, but as always with new growth and opportunities, change can be fast pace with learnings and insights always adapting. General range of responsibilities can be diverse, but allows for consistency in oversight and self-management.

Pros

Drips has been such a great place to grow both professionally and personally. There's tons of support for internal growth; always room to move up or try something new, and leadership genuinely encourages you to explore different paths within the company. Even though it’s a fully remote environment, the team culture is very impressive. It never feels isolating, there are constant efforts to keep people connected, whether it’s through virtual events, team chats, or local meet-ups. You really feel like part of a team, not just someone working alone behind a screen. The support here is amazing. Everyone’s willing to help, share what they know, and cheer each other on. It makes a big difference when you’re working in a fast-paced environment but still feel like you’ve got people in your corner. Overall, if you’re looking for a company where you can grow, be supported, and still have fun while working remotely, Drips is definitely worth checking out.

Cons

The fast-paced environment at Drips definitely isn't for everyone. Things can move quickly, priorities shift, and you have to be comfortable with change. If you're someone who needs a super structured, slow-and-steady type of workflow, this might feel overwhelming at times. That said, if you're a go-getter who likes taking initiative and can pivot without losing momentum, you’ll probably thrive here. Flexibility and adaptability are key, being able to roll with the punches and still deliver your best work goes a long way.
