Pros

Drips is seemingly always growing even in turbulent times. Leadership navigates economic shifts incredibly well. Hard work is rewarded and seen. Most managers are willing to get dirty with team and act like independent contributors as well as managers.

Cons

The industry is heavily legislated and little legislative shifts can mean big changes. The urgency behind some shifts can feel overwhelming when it happens. You have to be someone who is organized and can stay cool under pressure.

Great Place for Growth if You’re Driven and Curious

Pros

Drips has been a great place for me to grow both technically and professionally. The production team is lean, which means you get hands-on experience fast. If you show initiative and a desire to learn, leadership notices. I’ve had multiple chances participate in cross-functional projects, and take ownership of internal process improvements. There’s real autonomy here, you’re trusted to get the job done without being micromanaged. Our team lead actively supports development plans and regularly checks in on progress. I’ve been encouraged to take on stretch tasks that have helped build my confidence and skills. Promotions aren’t handed out automatically, if you put in the work and communicate your goals, there’s a real path forward.

Cons

Because we’re growing, roles can shift quickly, so flexibility is key.

Pros

Drips has a supportive culture where team collaboration and innovation are encouraged. It’s a fast-paced environment, which keeps things exciting and challenging in the best way. Leadership is accessible and transparent, and they genuinely care about employee development. The company is growing quickly, which creates new opportunities for advancement and learning.

Cons

Rapid growth comes with some growing pains, processes and communication can sometimes lag behind the pace of change. You need to be adaptable and comfortable with change. The outcome is worth the chaos!
