Room to Grow

Pros

Drive is a fast growing startup, so there are several vertical advancement opportunities for driven employees. The company has a diverse list of clients, which keeps work interesting. Coworkers are very pleasant to work with. The company also offers incentives for quality performance.

Cons

Since Drive is a startup, the company is still figuring out operating procedures for certain circumstances as they arise, which can be confusing or hard to adapt to, but these procedural changes truly are being implemented to create a better service and workflow. Drive's Sprint method can be stressful for employees and long for the clients, but it is meant to aid in efficiency and transparency.

Great Place to Learn About Digital Marketing

Pros

Team environment lets you build close relationships with coworkers. Fast paced growth of company gives you quick upward mobility and advancement opportunities. Willing to invest in employees and promote from within. Constant continuing education on the ever changing digital marketing field means you never stop learning.

Cons

Day is over when the work is done mentality can result in longer hours than other agencies. Leadership expects every employee to be passionate about company and the work that they do. Not the place to work if you want to put in your 9-5 and coast by.
