Pros

Everyone I work with is friendly, pushes me to become better at my job, and very supportive. Everyone genuinely cares here. Laid back atmosphere. yet everyone is professional and great at their jobs. You really become an expert here on your scope of work.

Cons

If you don't like to stay busy, this isn't the place for you. The day goes by quickly in this fast-paced environment.

Pros

Working at Drive was without a doubt a positive experience in my life. I learned a ton and met all kinds of great people. Is it perfect? No, but show me a place that is. I'm grateful for my time there, and here are a few of the reasons why: Culture - Everyone is a pleasure to work with. There aren't any cliques or drama -- it's a welcoming, tight-knit group filled with fun, intelligent, caring, and generous people. If you're going to be stuck with your coworkers for over eight hours a day, five days a week, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better group. The Actual Work - You get to work directly with the owners of all kinds of different businesses. Every day brings something new, and it truly is fascinating learning the stories of these people first-hand, and getting to work with them as a team to improve their business. You start to take their successes and failures personally, and it's immensely satisfying when everything comes together. Opportunity - I started my time with Drive as an intern, after a few months was hired on full-time and got promoted not long after that. This was not a situation unique to me -- If you work hard and have a good attitude, there is 100% opportunity for advancement. If you happen to be unsatisfied in your current role, leadership will happily train you for something else. Philosophy - You won't get fired for making a mistake, so you don't have to walk on eggshells all of the time. Mistakes are treated as learning opportunities, and leadership is always happy to take the time for coaching/training to help you improve. I think this creates a really healthy atmosphere and helps with creativity.

Cons

Workload - Put simply, it's not a 40 hour a week job where you leave exactly at 5pm and forget about it until the next day. There are some really easy days, and there are some not so easy days, but to be fair I think over the course of time they balance each other out. Also, time management isn't one of my strengths and I probably could have made things easier on myself sometimes, but I certainly wasn't the only one to occasionally feel overwhelmed with everything.
