Pros

vacation time is okay, people you work with are okay. Job security is there. I would recommend if you work at target, Walmart, Starbucks and you are looking for a boost in life go for it! However if you have experience in the field (sales, finance, underwriting, higher management, etc.) and value your work and would like to feel valued, well paid, and respected for it find another place to work.

Cons

adding extra work all the time, reducing underwriting to increase your foot work, pay has gotten lower over the years. a-lot of outside work. Everyone is pushed to a limited. feel unvalued and under paid

Within the pre-owned auto industry comes some extra heavy lifting every now and then to ensure we are giving our customers the best possible experience.
