Pros

Earning potential. Nice base salary plus commission and monthly team bonus. Advancement oppurtunites are great especially if you are willing to relocate Job stability is excellent especially in rough economy

Cons

Long hours especially during tax season which lasts from the middle of January through April Vehicles tend to be very over priced and inventory comes with repair issues as soon as they are delivered. Must be willing to "buy in to DriveTime"

Pros

It's a very organic environment. Yes there is a lot of change, but they really do listen to employee feedback at the highest level and implement the changes the employees want for the most part. Very low stress, they aren't hard-core numbers driven like a lot of retail establishments are. They really promote home/work life balance. Good team environment, you never feel like you're doing this job alone.

Cons

Because things change so organically, it can take a while sometimes to have a clear direction on how you are supposed to proceed.

Pros

Corporate culture is very open, friendly, and relaxed. Managers are always asking your opinion and including you in most decisions. Other departments are open to you learning more about their roles and horizontal promotion is there. Senior management is open and friendly. You can walk by their office and ask them anything. Great benefits.

Cons

Sometimes slow to make change. Timelines for projects get pushed many times and problems don't always get reported to mgmt.
