Above average benefits, employee care, empathy, great place to begin a career as a first or second job, generally most people are nice.

Cons

Inexperienced management, great engineering talent but listless due to some ex-Google employees who have unbelievable arrogant attitudes. Razor thin execution excellence , most plans are only on paper. Sky high attrition.
