Pros

- decent comp - top notch benefits - remote-first - L1 to L5 folks are pretty good (talented and kind)

Cons

- leadership (specially the new VPs of EPD, yes we have new VPs for engineering, product and design) is clueless - core: has nothing interesting to do, and engineering LT in core has extremely low hiring bar - dash: talented people, decent LT, no idea how to make people pay for dash - career growth is almost impossible specially L4 onwards unless you are buddies with right people

Pros

An amazing culture, with talented, friendly and supportive colleagues facilitating your best collaborations. Dropbox makes you feel like a valued member of the team rather than a resource to be mined. Their approach to the modern workplace allows for a much better work-life balance and feels like a breath of fresh air. Also, the product suite is genuinely fantastic and something to be proud of!

Cons

I struggle to find any glaring flaws as Dropbox is the best place I've ever worked.
