Pros
I love the people that I work with and there is never a dull moment filled with crazy jokes and laughter here in the Dry Force household! All the personalities here mesh well together and we all stick together when things get crazy busy as it can at times! My manager is hella cool and my General Manager is a major crack up! They treat the employees very well and are understanding if things come up and will work with you. The environment can be very stressful at times yes but what job isn't I mean seriously... But we have a blast to and NOT like some assembly line. It's common sense, do your job and do it right you will be rewarded, do your job wrong and not give a &%$# well of course you'll get fired lol!
Cons
Working late at night some times and 12 hour shift both weekend days BUT HEY THERE IS NO TRAFFIC GOING TO WORK AND OR GOING HOME FROM WORK!
