Products smell good and that’s about it.

Cons

Low pay, no stable schedule, scheduling multiple stylists knowing only 1/2 of them will work any given day, no guaranteed hours, no guaranteed breaks when it’s busy, multiple forced breaks when it’s slow, unstable income and schedule.

Place has a nice happy friendly feel. Great job for a stylist just starting out or to build clientele.

Cons

Pay could be more for the amount of work and benefits could definitely be better. No room for growth unless you get into management.
