Low Pay. Bad management. Overbooked and understaffed daily, 25-30 expected average time spent with clients (regardless of hair texture, length etc). No lunch breaks, manager overrides clock in - out times so they don't have to pay for overtime. Tense work environment from management and corporate. Extremely small breakroom, unsafe conditions.

The staff is always friendly and professional, they are always willing to give more hours, the corporate team is always helpful and available

Cons

time restraints on services and no commission on extra services (for example, a head massage which takes 10 extra minutes and does not use any of Drybar's products)
