Pros

Good benefits and perks Nice office location Made some friends through work

Cons

Majority women company so the environment can be very cliquey/ drama.. Outdated brand concepts and design, and sometimes not open to change. Company feels to be not doing well after half of it was acquired. Some unfriendly managers / impossible to work for. People work around the clock and expect others to do the same

Pros

Learn more about perfecting blowouts and customer service

Cons

Requires you to arrive 15 min before you’re scheduled or you’ll be written up and eventually fired. They open at the crack of dawn basically. Not very inclusive as far as accommodating black clients. Require you to use a round brush on all types and textures even when clients complain about it.
