      The Atmosphere, cowkers and the type of work are what seems to provide the best satisifaction results. Good place to begin career.

      Cons

      Career opportuniteis are what you make of them, you'll need to keep current, look at training options and continue self-development.

      Pros

      Has a diverse product base in over 77 countries. There are opportunities to have lots of different jobs if you can get those doors to be opened up.

      Cons

      It's too large and slow to adapt to new changes. Difficult to get exposure to corporate strategy for plant employees. Difficult for plant employees to be considered for corporate jobs.

      Management promotes learning and development. Company is largely composed of 10-20+ year employees, so a great place to learn from those who are "experienced"

      Career advancement is slow. Promotions are reserved for those who have been with the company for years instead of being based on your contributions.
