fast pace environment with new challenges every day. Team oriented atmosphere with goal setting, key process indicator reviews and continuous improvement focus.

Cons

too many eggs in one basket. totally committed to oilfield products and company rises and falls with the price of oil. layoffs common.

Pros

The company have some very seasoned employees. They also have some good Managers, but they also have some who micro manage way too much.

Cons

There are too many Cons to be listed here. One of the major downfall is that some of the upper Managers like to place unexperienced/unqualified employees into roles that don't suit thise particular employees. In other words, those Managers like to build upon the weakness of the employee, instead of building upon the strength of the employee.
