In Aerospace and defense industry. This industry is not as cut throat as some other industries. This company is slow in making decision and conservative financially

Cons

Corporate is weak and new Leadership team lacks vision and enough knowledge about details to execute but wanting to control resource and consolidate all the power to the top

Ducommun provides ample opportunity for learning new skills, most of which is hands-on and on-the-job. Ducommun values constant improvement and usually allows lower level employees to suggest and implement process improvements.

Cons

As a contract manufacturer, the atmosphere can be quite chaotic and the pressure can become overwhelming. Senior management is not very involved.
