Most of the workers are very hard working people with a few bad ones that ruin it for everyone else

Cons

Recently the hiring of Larry Jackson plant manager at the gardena facility he definitely does not belong in that position he does not engage with the workers because he believes he's above better than them overheard a conversation where he said these exact words also overheard him putting down the hispanic work force and that was it for me I have no respect for this person since he has no respect for us
