- networking - meeting new people - food options on campus - most staff are very nice and welcoming - tuition reimbursement - Thursday market days
Cons
hire favorites instead of people that are good and qualified for the job, recruiters being bias thought it would be more room to grow within the company Needs more raises: performance raises should be a requirement. I like the concept of the volunteer dogs; but I do feel like its inconsiderate of patients and visitor who do not like dogs or that are allergic. Doesn't push for more staff safety; if a patient is sick, we cannot ask them to wear masks or reschedule appointment.
