Lots of pluses

Pros

Good benefits (but the pay is less competitive), flexible work, intellectual community, health and community-focused

Cons

Siloed with a lack of transparency and communication across the health care delivery system. In turn, progress and innovation are slowed and often duplicative. Women are notoriously underpaid compared to their male counterparts.

Pros

great benefits, bachelor's tuition reimbursement, 12 hour shifts (3 days a week)

Cons

poor salary compensation compared to surrounding hospitals/ RN positions. Management is lacking helpfulness and compassion during this time, overworked and understaffed to handle patient acuity.
