Pay for parking. This is very costly if working prime hours. Paying for food as an employee there is no discount, and you have to add money yourself to your account. The food is not healthy if it is healthy, it cost more.

Mid-Senior level hospital administrators refuse to address persistent issues regarding pay, staffing, and treatment of team members. Even the recent pay increases are disappointing and show how little they value those providing direct patient care. Behind closed doors they are arrogant and condescending towards staff. This is an institution-wide culture. Make no mistake, the administrators themselves are paid handsomely for the time spent sitting in meetings making decisions affecting jobs that they have never themselves done.
