Pros

There is so much to learn at Duke. They have Outpatient, Inpatient, Interventional, OR, Portable CT, Trauma, cardiac, photon counting... They have ample staffing so we don't have to lift people alone. I've learned so much here. 3*12 and 4*10 shifts. No rotations, no call. Dedicated weekend teams so a good work life balance. Plenty of extra shifts to pick up.

Cons

Some folks are a bit moody and don't realize how lucky they are. They have a designated transport team that may not be as fast as we would like, but it's cool that it exists. In my last job I worked overnight without transport, and had to move patients all by myself.

Pros

Decent pay, great benefits, great coworkers

Cons

Only care about money and keeping to the budget, don’t care about their employees or the patients.
