Pros

Some remote work, independent, trusted for my experience

Cons

Do not treat people doing the same jobs the same. They seem to think only nurses can educate, completely untrue and biased. HR would not help

Pros

Excited to be offered a chance to be part of a new Cloud Platform team at Duke. Jumping in with some very talented people to produce an operational platform within the Azure and AWS cloud environments. The opportunity to create a new and more dynamic, cost effective, and secure platform from the ground up is a rare experience. I feel so blessed to be invited to work on such an important project. Thank you to everyone who have given me all this experience over the years so I may give back to others.

Cons

I dont like that management generally ignores my advice
