Pros

Profit Sharing is great 401K match is strong

Cons

Micromanagement is worst I've experienced. Communication is poor. Microaggressions and passive aggressive tendencies run rampant from leaders with seniority. Leaders lack leadership skills. Easily the worst stop of my career to date. Will never recommend anyone join this organization or any organization its leaders wind up in the future.

Pros

- awesome benefits - good leadership development - good reputation

Cons

- poor salary - unfortunate problems with leaders who have been there for too long and can’t think outside of the history for new forward thinking decisions. - poor upward mobility - too many direct reports to be able to be strategic
