      Pros

      Excellent Benefits for you and everyone in your family. Very good and many options to move around within the company.

      Cons

      I felt as though many people were very unhappy in their jobs. I can't exactly explain why but it did seem to be the case. Many supervisors aren't good at showing you matter. I've known many people who have worked here and feel the same way.

      Pros

      Duke is a great employer, with a nice campus, up to date software and technology. Depending on your department, management styles may vary.

      Cons

      It is hard to advance, you have to know a few people. Pay is often found to be less than that of our competitors. in some instances it feels like you are paid with being able to say you work for Duke.

      I loved the direct people that I worked with.

      Cons

      Management sucks. Managers are out of touch and don't care about their employees. I was told no matter how hard I work I would never get the top raise. The company is very selective . Low pay compared to other places. It was hard for me to transition and move up within the company. When I did the pay didn't line up with the work that I did.
