Pros

Many employee benefits; flexible work shedule; professional development opportunities

Cons

Very low committment to non- clinician scientists and junior faculty. A fair amount of nepotism exists here as well. Be wise, negotiate well up front.

Pros

The overall benefits offered are great for employees. The company offers tuition reimbursement opportunities for employees who are looking to further their education.

Cons

When internal employees are looking for career advancement, the company needs to re-evaluate how rate increases are determined. Internal employees should be more valuable than an external employee applying for the same position. Some areas prefer to look for external employees vs hiring internally for qualified employees.
