Pros

Conducive to your growth and interests, decent pay, great if preparing for med or grad school while working in one of the numerous research labs

Cons

Not past faced but still a good research environment. My first job so don't have a frame of reference to compare with.

Pros

Work life balance, competitive salary (if you know how to demand it)

Cons

Advancement is scarce, very flat hierarchy where they don't differentiate between higher performers and others. Poor raises annually don't even cover inflation.
