- Too much traveling. And they downplay how much traveling is involved. Managers and higher ups don’t care that you have a family to spend time with because they don’t travel. Find loopholes to not give employees enough time home when gone for 2-3 weeks.

- Promote employees that don’t have enough knowledge of the field due to favoritism instead of who is right for the job.
- Former owners, that aren’t even working in the same dept, nose their way in to still be involved. Old owners hinder current employees from being promoted.
- Management talks down to employees
- Brand new employees make the same if not more than employees who have worked there for 2-3 years.
