Pros

Pay pretty well, that’s about it

Cons

Hardly home only home 6 days out the month, They will lay you off for no reason, doesn’t communicate well. Seems like theirs really no sense of guidance. Have to deal with a lot of different personalities because you’re always working with someone different. Can’t trust no one, they’ll make you drive sometimes 14-15hrs in a raggedy truck and you can’t go past 60 miles per hour or else you’ll get a alert and a phone call and for all that driving you’ll only get maybe 40-50 dollars for miles driven and sometimes you might not get paid for the miles you drove although they tell you , you will get paid for it so you have to constantly check your pay to make sure they put it on there. You have some crew leaders that don’t know how to talk to ppl or lead. Workers have history of getting in physical altercations because of it. Work with a lot of idiots some cool people too

We appreciate your honest feedback and take your concerns seriously. The travel is something that is a huge part of what we do since we are a national provider of our services - we go where our customers need us to go. We discuss travel in the job posting and during the interview process but we also understand that this type of travel is not for everyone. We would like to talk with you about your experience futher to gather more information. Will you please contact us at 800-447-6687?

Pros

Very few pros. Coworkers are halfway decent.

Cons

- Too much traveling. And they downplay how much traveling is involved. Managers and higher ups don’t care that you have a family to spend time with because they don’t travel. Find loopholes to not give employees enough time home when gone for 2-3 weeks. - Constant micro-managing. - Promote employees that don’t have enough knowledge of the field due to favoritism instead of who is right for the job. - Former owners, that aren’t even working in the same dept, nose their way in to still be involved. Old owners hinder current employees from being promoted. - Management talks down to employees - Brand new employees make the same if not more than employees who have worked there for 2-3 years.
