Pros

The CEO of the company is an engaged entrepreneur. He is willing to embrace new technologies and alter the business model to be successful. He treats all of his employees with respect and acknowledges their efforts. The president of the company is equally good. She is a driver who knows merchandise and values her people. The company has benefited greatly from her direction.

Cons

The company didn't have great employee development, but a new Director of HR is making improvements.

Pros

Great company to work for, and the CEO really cares about his all of his employees. Very progressive company, and they are constantly expanding into new markets.

Cons

Employee feedback can be slow to response, sometimes it feels that they will hire anyone with a pulse. Managers need to be picked more carefully, and this is a position in the company that rarely takes a person anywhere. Don't expect to make much money, and the labor is pretty intense on your body. If you are part-time be prepared to be taken advantage of.

Pros

The company has created some great brand equity with a reputation for quality product. Senior management is willing to invest money into the business, which makes for a very exciting environment to work in. The atmosphere is laid back, but anyone who is successful at Duluth carries their own weight and then some with the workload. It's a smaller (yet growing) company that tends to operate on the leaner side of things in terms of staff; so be prepared to wear a lot of hats depending on the type of position.

Cons

It's location. Headquarters is located in the middle of nowhere. You need to drive a good 20 minutes in any direction for any legitimate commerce. This can make for some long days, since most of the time it's not even worthwhile to leave the property for a break or lunch.
