Don't pay freelancers within agreed 30 days. $7,600 for a 1BR relocation move 50min away - wasn't given total owed until two weeks after last day. Paint the company as a place for creativity and growth. As a designer, expect production work based off templates, with no voice, and not creative thinking. Extremely hierarchical corporation. Not open to new ideas or suggestions unless you're your position is high enough, regardless your previous experience.
