      Great work/life balance and benefits, but may not be great for career growth

      -Great work/life balance + hybrid work schedule -Friendly co-workers -Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      -Depending on position you could be sacrificing salary -No daycare onsite -No food/cafe onsite -It's a growing company, so there's a lot of people who have been there since the beginning and can be apprehensive to change - this can also create cliques (lifers vs. newbies) -Lack of trust from leadership (depending on department) -Not a lot of opportunities for career growth/development

      Not what it use to be

      Met some great people there

      It started as this fun, “mom n pop” type of feel. That didn’t last long. Turned big box overnight, CEO changed and everything went down hill. District Management, HR, all so nice and friendly to your face, just to find out they were literally talking s*** about you to your peers. Some of the most unprofessional things I’ve ever seen. They tell you they have all these plans for you just to find they were literally plotting to push you out. I was let go for the most arbitrary of reasons and something we had literally been doing for years with their knowledge. No missed work, no late starts, no t a single blemish on my record and I was suspended and fired within 4 days after 5 years of dedicated service.

      Pros

      Nice building to work in.

      Cons

      Insular group who form business decisions based on whether they have a beer with you after work or not. Their special projects guy is a know it all who has little experience. He speaks down to women while management stands by and allows it. One of the most frustrating places I have ever worked.
