      Pros

      Duluth Trading has a very friendly environment not only for its customers but also its employees. Most of the employees at DTC give off a sense of family when working with you and tend to maintain a respectable environment without letting work become too dry and repetitive.

      Cons

      Management at certain locations tend to "play favorites" with the sales associates in determining individual duties, scheduling, and overall treatment of their associates. The managers I have personally had have all been decent to say the least, but I have witnessed unfair favoring of associates from hourly scheduling to promotions.

      From the CEO down the team is professional, caring and great at building a winning strategy. The cultural is the best...everyone is respected and appreciated for what they do. If you have an opportunity to work for this company you'll never turn back!!!!!

      Pros

      Pace is fast but manageable. Managers and Quality Assurance team are affable, outgoing and helpful. Small company with a very relaxed work environment. Telesales reps are able to swap/give away shifts to help with work/life balance.

      Cons

      Most telesales reps are flexible part-timers, meaning they can be scheduled anywhere from 8-40 hours per week (most get about 20) and they get no benefits. No e-mail communication available to telesales reps so it can be challenging to send and receive information, especially when it's busy.
