      Pros

      Work/family balance to ensure happy, satisfied employees who want to come to work each day. Opportunities to work from home, if necessary.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities are not always recognized. With dedicated, happy employees already coming into work each day, why not promote within, even if it may mean more training.

      Pros

      The pay for weekend workers was better than any other but for whatever reason they dont pay that anymore and pay everyone equally. Its like amazon, you come in ..look at the board and go to your station. Only difference is it pays bi-weekly instead of weekly. If you dont make friends you wont survive here. They do let you liaten to music

      Ceo wont let you breathe for 10 seconds he wants you to be doing somethinf all the time even if there is no orders. Pay is bi weekly If there are no orders you will get sent home and you only get paid what hours you worked. No room for adcancement. Cherry pickers get paid more , some are d.icks and good luck taking one of those spots. Since its the most paid youll never see any cherry picker get fired or quit. They do not hire Hispanics, it is mostly black and white workers Last but not least....there is only one entrance and exit door
