      Small town clicky vibe. Lots of churn. Company doesn’t know what it wants to be.

      Solid Work Environment

      Pros

      The work culture is great, especially on the creative side. Everyone is understanding of one another and keeps each other accountable. New creative executives are finally pushing for new strategies and approaches to growing the brand.

      Cons

      Some leaders have a dated mentality and are poor at communication. A lot of the times the creative team is in the dark about new initiatives or changes up until the last minute. There seems to be a lack of growth opportunity unless a position needs to be desperately filled.

      Pros

      Incredible flex benefits like half day Fridays 3/4 of the year, unlimited PTO and associates actually use it. Great people, beautiful building, and amazing culture. DTC Embraces creativity and has a real grassroots feel to it in the best way!

      Cons

      Lower pay than industry, and not as flexible for full remote work outside of select business areas
