Portrayed as a family oriented company but it is a man driven company. Men receive the bonuses, promotions, and raises. Women are considered the workers here

Cons

Women are made to do more work, higher expectations, receive lesser pay. Looked down upon if you have small children. Women do jot get promoted when deserved
