Very laid back culture. Company takes very good care of its employees. My coworkers are like a second family.

On boarding process can be a little unorganized.

Pros

I had a contract that they breached by not paying me my quarterly bonuses. I could've reported them and sued, but I just wanted to be done with them and never look back.

Cons

It was like working in a Women's Prison. You were not allowed to talk, If you had a question for a coworker, you had to email them and all emails were monitored. There aren't any men that work in the Accounting or Dispatch departments. Women are paid less it saves the company money.

Pros

None at the moment....keep looking for a better job. They have no work at this terminal.

Cons

The Charlotte terminal is unorganized!! They are crooked and liars. Do not work for them because they have no work. There is no drop and hook... There is no freight. Don't waste your time!!
