Pros

The pay was competitive and had good benefits drivers were easy to work with as they were owner operator s not company drivers

Cons

Management worked half days came and went all day long would gossip about drivers to the office personal very unprofessional

None at the moment....keep looking for a better job. They have no work at this terminal.

Cons

The Charlotte terminal is unorganized!! They are crooked and liars. Do not work for them because they have no work. There is no drop and hook... There is no freight. Don't waste your time!!
