Pros

Dunavant Enterprises is a family-run company, which has its positives. It did not have as definite a structure as a larger company, but somethings could fall through the cracks.

Cons

Can be demanding, its difficult for a work life balance, longer hours. Many people were very ingrained in the company, outside advice and viewpoints were not necessarily sought out.
