Pros

ONE FREE DONUT every day you work

Cons

-cut hours -work all by yourself -if you can't work mornings shift (college student, etc.) dont even bother they will give you no hours -you'll move from location to location (no set work place) -you can't receive any tips! -throw away all the donuts at the end of the day (what about the homeless people?)

Pros

Pretty fun work to be honest. I like making drinks. There's always something to do, so the shifts go by fast. I mostly do closing shifts, and it feels like I'm playing a Papa Louie game. Genuinely, I'd love to do this as a long-term career if the pay wasn't awful. At my location, you can make yourself a drink for free. You can also have a couple donuts on the job. You can take any of the sweets on display home if you're close. Everyone's very chill. Super LGBT friendly workplace. Manager's cool, as long as you do what you need to do.

Cons

No benefits, no breaks. Rushes are hell and we're always understaffed or out of something. Sales are always doing good, but they never give raises. There's cameras watching you all the time. It's creepy as hell. It doesn't matter if you have a 5 hour shift or a 10 hour one, they are NOT letting you sit on the job unless you hide from the cameras in the bathroom or the back. Yes, bread is free, but you have to pay for every other ingredient if you wanna make yourself a sandwich or hash browns. When you close, they get mad at you for leaving any later than 9:15. But then they give you all these tasks that you can ONLY do after a specific time. The only way to leave early is to ignore their rules and do everything early.
