Pros

- Appreciation of retail workers and tipping! - Free food while working and half off when not - Awesome place to grow if you have a great manager that respects you - Super fun, be kind to coworkers and you'll go far! - Health insurance was pretty good

Cons

- beware of the red flag managers: Gossip, don't give you days off, yell at you, tell you the job is more important than your education (IT'S NOT BTW). If you see your manager is displaying these things, RUN. Can cause burnout much quicker and hate your job. - Low pay (some places don't let you take tips)

Pros

Finish by early daylight and have the whole day to do something else. I treat it like paid morning calisthenics where I get really good coffee and espresso drinks and breakfast for free (varies by manager, I got a good one).

Cons

Low pay if you have a college degree
