Pros

The Duolingo culture is incredibly special. Everyone is genuinely kind, passionate about Duolingo's mission and super smart. I love working with cross-functional, collaborative teams. My manager is quite supportive and I feel there are tons of opportunities for growth at the company, especially as I am at a more junior level.

Cons

Being a relatively small company, we lack certain systematized processes and documentation that would help us do our jobs as well as possible. However, this is to be expected at the company's current stage. We are experiencing some growing pains as we rapidly hire and create new teams, but are actively working on how to scale effectively.
