Worked with a few really good people. Hope they find something better

Cons

Coworkers caught sleeping and nothing happens. Other run around taking about you behind your back to management to make themselves feel better. Management encourages this. The wrong people are in charge ! Pay is low for experience workers.

CEO is great, lots of benefits, lots of pd time off

Cons

Wages are low, they refuse overtime, very little promotion potential ,you better be the sister or brother of someone of forget it. Small hospital so that comes with lots of people in your business. If you aren’t gonna play that game don’t work here.
