I enjoy my coworkers and when I first started here, it was a good place to work but my unit has declined. Hopefully things get better with the new ceo

Cons

Management isn’t really fair, consistent or professional- at least on my unit. There is a high turnover rate on night shift, so there are a lot of new nurses and management tends to forget that
