Dutch Bros. reviews

Management was awful. The manager made everyone cry quite often for insignificant things. Would lecture you and yell at you in front of customers. Dutch Bros is supposedly about love and happiness, but in my three years there I saw none of that. The employees and management were generally pretty fake, especially to customers. Very cliquey, and a negative atmosphere. The worst part was no one was there to solve these problems. Management were no help, because if you complained they would let you go (this happened several times to employees), and the corporate office would turn their heads to any problems. They refused to believe it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows in Dutch Land. From the outside, Dutch Bros seems so awesome… It's a front. There was a lot of scandalous activity going on, especially between our married franchisee and his female employees. It was awful :(

I developed a severe bee allergy from being stung so many times while working here with their horrific bee problem. Bees get in drinks, syrups, and are everywhere while you’re trying to work, and management treats it like it’s no big deal at all. The culture is toxically positive and punishes you if you ever have a bad day. There is also a ridiculous amount of gossip and favoritism. I don’t reccomend working here unless you miss high school and want to relive those years.
