      Stay away unless you like fake authenticity and uncertain future

      Pros

      Salary is decent, unlimited PTO, remote work. If you believe/support cannabis, you get to work in a cool industry.

      Cons

      - Preaches values but doesn't walk their own talk - 3 rounds of layoffs since June - Mostly (white) boys club, not much diversity especially for a tech company - People are stretched really thin and are constantly shifting priorities. If issues/red flags are raised, no one wants to hear it. There are tons of bright people w/ amazing backgrounds who left stable jobs to come work here and as said in a company meeting "everyone who joins dutchie puts your personal brand on the line to work in cannabis". Understand that and treat people w/ dignity instead of laying folks off every other month.

      Pros

      Company is an industry leader and has customers. Good compensation

      Cons

      Leadership team is beyond over their heads. Never taking input from experience hires while over hiring with no oversight has meant multiple rounds of layoffs. Slow adoption of products they spent 100M in R&D to develop likely means more headcount problems in 2023 and a future down round. Faux authenticity from leaders and HR. All talk with limited action and meaning behind anything they say and communicate. Cringe worthy at times.

      Pros

      Fun culture, because cannabis, supposedly good values and corporate responsibility. Everyone gets equity.

      Cons

      Many surveys and talk about realigning values with the merger, but never happened. Things like recharge days off are good until your boss calls you. Similarly, pay transparency never happened. Managers making less than the people they managed?
