The dutchie environment is rewarding, fun, challenging, and motivating. Our team is really more like a family, even as we grow quickly. We push each other to be the best of the best - I'm motivated every day by my dutchie fam and couldn't be happier to play a small part in the success of dutchie. When you're at dutchie, you have an incredible opportunity to make a huge impact on the industry and business from day one. The management and leadership team is really empowering and you're given the freedom to make improvements as you see the need. There is no micro management here. I can't speak highly enough of the incredible opportunity I've been given, and the many unique opportunities that continue to unfold. Truly a remarkable place to be - I have never been so excited for Mondays to roll around (not kidding!) because the work is just that fun and rewarding. It's hard work and we grind hard, but somehow doesn't feel like any "work" I've experienced before with this team.
