      Fun culture, interesting space Great engineers to work with

      Management consistently leaves each year, which makes it hard for a team to coordinate on road map, Not transparent feedback. Common for employees to receive good performance feedback up till they are let go. There's no room for any improvements. In a very risky space where the law can easily impact your work.

      - Management and coworkers were awesome. Supportive and great to work with.

      - Lack of focus on the California market, despite its importance. - Senior leadership is disconnected from the realities of the industry here. - Unrealistic sales targets with little strategic support. - Heavy micromanagement rather than trust in experienced employees. - No clear, viable plan to compete in the most challenging cannabis market, just a push for more cold calls instead of meaningful solutions.
