      - engaged, excited team - good opportunites to learn and use new technologies - (informal) mentorship environment with great opportunities to learn from and teach coworkers - flexible, remote culture

      Cons

      - growth painpoints and communication breakdowns - failure to hire essential positions to keep up with growth, causing undue stress on and from overworked individuals at critical points in workflow

      Pros

      I work with a bunch of very smart people, and I'm always learning new things. I don't feel like it'd be possible to stagnate here. There are multiple clear paths for career growth/advancement that my manager and I sync on regularly. Work/life balance is good. There have been periods where I've worked after hours, but it's usually because I've wanted to finish something of my own accord. I've never been required to work late hours, and on-call is relatively stable.

      Cons

      Some lack of transparency around recent layoffs, but it's still early so hopefully more information will be given soon.
