      We’ve done a lot of work to increase transparency on individual pay bands and we share Total Rewards Statements with employees at every performance review cycle to show where their current compensation falls within the range for their role. We are committed to providing equitable and competitive compensation across all teams and positions. Like many in the tech industry, we’ve had to make tough decisions that led to restructuring. At Dutchie, we are laser focused on our mission and supporting our customers - and we agree, the team believes we can achieve what we're setting out to do! The industry comes with some twists and turns, and our employees' ability to pivot and adapt is often necessary. We have made many impactful changes to our leadership team over the past year and couldn't be more excited about the team!
