      Salary paid bi-weekly, some days off, every now and then you get stuff

      Cons

      Micromanaging leadership, nit-picking on every mistake, you have to do extra work if you want time off. There is no taking a break from work since you always have to hit a certain amount of things to do depending on your position.

      Pros

      This company is making a difference and you actually feel like you are part of a movement. There is a lot of work to be done and the days FLY by. Everyone you work with is genuinely kind and people go out of their way to help you do YOUR job. It is a little bit amazing to be honest. I've worked for startups and enterprises and have a 30 year career under my belt and I've never been so happy professionally. If you get the opportunity to work here, do it. You will be busy - it is a startup - but you feel so good about the work you are doing that the it just doesn't matter. They do respect your personal time so you aren't working "after hours" unless you want to. Awesome company, highly recommend.

      No 401K matching (yet). Nothing else, they are amazing.
